Question 1

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For standard in-catalog styles, our MOQ is 5 pieces per style. For OEM/ODM custom orders and private-label programs, the MOQ is 30 pieces per style. There is no minimum to request samples or a catalog.

Question 2

Can I mix different styles or colors in one order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can mix styles within the same category (e.g., 3 prom styles × 2 pcs each = 6 pcs total). Color mixing within the same style is also accepted. Our team will confirm availability during the inquiry stage.

Do you accept small trial orders for new buyers?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. New buyers are welcome to start with a sample order (1–5 pcs) to evaluate quality, fit, and finish before committing to bulk production. Sample fees are fully refundable on subsequent bulk orders above 30 pcs.

How long does it take to receive a sample?

Standard samples from our existing catalog are ready in 7 business days. Custom-design samples (OEM/ODM with your tech pack or sketch) typically take 10–14 business days depending on complexity.

What is the bulk production lead time?

Accepted Answer

Bulk production lead time is 25–35 business days after sample approval and deposit payment. Rush orders (15–20 days) are available for select styles at an additional fee — please inquire for availability.

Question 6

Is the sample fee refundable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sample fees are fully refunded when you place a subsequent bulk order of 30 pieces or more of the same style. The refund is applied as a credit toward your bulk order invoice.

Question 7

Do you offer OEM and private-label services?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide full OEM (your design, our production) and ODM (our design, your label) services. We can sew your brand labels, hang tags, and packaging. MOQ for OEM/private-label is 30 pcs per style. We sign NDAs to protect your designs.

Question 8

Can I customize colors, fabrics, or embellishments?

Yes. We offer extensive customization: fabric type (chiffon, satin, tulle, lace, sequin, etc.), color (Pantone matching available), embellishments (beading, embroidery, appliqué), neckline, silhouette, and length. Send us your reference images or tech pack to get started.

What size range do you produce?

Standard sizes run US0–US18 for most styles. Extended plus sizes (US20W–US26W) are available for select categories including bridesmaid and evening gowns. Custom sizing is available for OEM orders.

Can I arrange a factory visit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, factory visits are welcome. Our facility is located in Gaoyi Industrial Zone, Fuyang Town, Chaozhou, Guangdong, China. Please contact us at least 5 business days in advance to arrange a tour. We can also provide a live video walkthrough via WhatsApp or Zoom.

How do I get a wholesale price list?

We do not publish a public price list because pricing varies by style, quantity, fabric, and customization level. Please contact us via the inquiry form or WhatsApp with your target styles, quantities, and destination country — we will send a detailed quote within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and L/C (Letter of Credit) for large orders. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For repeat buyers, extended payment terms may be available.

Are your prices FOB, CIF, or DDP?

We can quote on FOB (Shantou/Guangzhou), CIF, or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms depending on your preference. DDP is popular with US and EU buyers as it covers all shipping, customs duties, and import taxes — no surprise charges on arrival.

We ship worldwide. Our primary markets include the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, and across Europe and Latin America. We use DHL, FedEx, UPS, and sea freight (LCL/FCL) depending on order volume and urgency.

How long does shipping take to the US?

Express air freight (DHL/FedEx) to the US typically takes 5–7 business days from our factory. Sea freight (LCL) takes approximately 25–35 days to US West Coast ports. We recommend air freight for orders under 200 kg and sea freight for larger bulk orders.

Do you handle US customs clearance?

Under DDP terms, we handle all export documentation, international freight, US customs clearance, and import duties — your goods are delivered to your door with no additional charges. Under FOB terms, you arrange your own freight forwarder and customs broker.
